Regular season tips off May 11

The WNBA today announced the complete 2024 regular season schedule, which will feature 40 games broadcast on ESPN and ESPN2. The regular season tips off on May 11 and concludes on September 8.

The schedule includes a number of high-profile matchups, including the defending champion Las Vegas Aces hosting the New York Liberty on opening night. Other key matchups include the Aces visiting the Seattle Storm on June 15, the Storm hosting the Los Angeles Sparks on July 20, and the Sparks visiting the Aces on August 17.

In addition to the games on ESPN and ESPN2, all WNBA games will be available to stream live on the ESPN App. Fans can also watch full-length replays of every game after it has ended.

The WNBA is the premier professional basketball league for women in the world. The league features 12 teams, which are divided into two conferences: the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference. The regular season consists of 36 games, and the top eight teams in each conference qualify for the playoffs.

The WNBA Finals are a best-of-five series, and the winner is crowned the WNBA champion. The 2024 WNBA Finals will be played from September 24 to October 8.
